Hawthorne Court provides a real alternative to nursing home care. This neighborhood specializes in assisted living care in a warm beautiful atmosphere. Hawthorne Court creates an environment where life is vibrant, secure, and independent along with offering support, friendship, and the assistance seniors need to live a full life.

Garden Court
 Garden Court is a specialized neighborhood designated for the care of residents with Alzheimer's/Dementia. The focus of the neighborhood is safety and keeping the resident at their optimum level of function. It will provide a quiet, stress-reduced atmosphere. Each resident will be allowed to move at their own pace with staff supervision and cueing to accomplish the activities of daily living.

 The Bounce Back Program provides efficient and effective treatment that is individualized to your unique needs and goals. Our team of experienced and caring physicians, therapist, nurses and staff are dedicated to your recovery and care.
We understand the challenges faced in trying to recover after being hospitalized for a major illness or sudden trauma. Many require daily skilled nursing care and continued therapies to alleviate pain, restore function and improve mobility, until you are ready TO RETURN HOME.
The Bounce Back Program Goals:
